Overall I had a decent experience at this clinic. The doctors and nurses made sure to follow up with me with anything. I provide a 3 stars solely due to 2 reasons: 1. The clinic RARELY, I mean for reals, RARELY pick up their dam calls. It makes me wonder if the clinicians don't want to pick up calls? It just becomes a roulette game where you need to try your luck and hope someone pick up your calls for anything important. 2. Any appointments you need to schedule at least two weeks ahead of time, sometimes even a WHOLE MONTH!!

They are not COMPASSIONATE OR INTELLIGENT. Tammy Nguyen is a huge idiot. I called there and spoke to Sam the sassy receptionist. The nurses and front desk receptionist are unprofessional. They had zero respect and were unable to comprehend any inquiry. I asked the same question several times and he was so stupid. They could not answer my questions without a sassy and rude response. The response was "we will get back to you next week". I said I don't know the person I'm leaving message for. When they responded they said. Sir I told you we will get back to you next week. I spoke to Stephanie and Stephanie was able to answer my question in 10 minutes. I want them fired. The front desk receptionist and nurses. I think they are Mexican kids. So rude and disrespectful

Most caring group of people out there. Easy scheduling, simple process, great people who will treat you extremely well. Highly recommend for STD testing

They should be lucky that you have to leave a star. Been dealing with this place for five year's and i will say its been the worse experience of my life. George smith is a discriminating racist bigot that hides behind his desk and makes up lies on certain clients that he thinks are of African American decent. He doesn't even know that he got caught being prejudice but there is video and recordings of it. The company itself lie's and uses retaliation tactics to control their clients and keep them quiet. At least they think they do. But this year there going to have to legally answer to the neglect the have shown certain clients who will be coming forward with the proof. I hope they have theirs. If not get ready for a major lawsuit
