Worst GameStop ever. Had the audacity to tell everybody the nba 2k23 pre order release was gone take place at 9:00 pm September 8th. Obviously plans changed and instead of them calling everyone like they said they would they decided to not answer the phone and not open the store. Matter of fact they closed the store early at 8:30 to be exact! I know they can’t control delays or shipment issues but do your fuxkin job and call people ahead of time so customers can decide if they wanna wait or pre order from the best GameStop over in Tucker who stayed open till 9:30 and had all the pre orders on time!!! Piece of sh!!t place
