DO NOT COME HERE unless you like overpaying and being lied to with no remorse. Beware of wrong information that staff members will give you - for us, it resulted in significant charges that we are responsible for, even if they admitted they were at fault. We were told that school vaccinations were free of charge with a physical, and fully expected to pay for the physical exams. However, we ended up being billed for the vaccines (for three children, the charges were close to $1000). If we had known we would've been charged for school-required vaccines, we would've found an alternate clinic. However, they lied, and because of this, we are now responsible for the charges. Inova billing services was completely unhelpful and basically said "sorry you were lied to, but the charges are valid." Inova Cares should change the name of their clinic, because caring for their patients is their last priority and are only interested in finding ways to steal money from you.
