I am a current client of The Accident Guys and I deeply regret hiring them. Probably one of the worst firms out on the market for hire. Not only has my case been going on for longer than necessary (currently at 19 months) but this law firm's lack of expertise has actually reduced the settlement amount of my case. On top of their 33% fee we will also face a reduced settlement amount due to this law firms advice of stopping treatment early because they felt our treatment had reached enough to file for policy limits even though my spouse and I were not finished with the treatment that we needed. In the end, I am noticing that hiring this firm has cost me more money, time, and health than if I would have just filed myself.

CHOOSE THE ACCIDENT GUYS. I got into a car accident Feb 26, 2021. Other person totalled my car. I was left with no car and still paying on my car, but also with back problems from the accident. Found these guys on Yelp after I had been in a pretty bad accident. They were very responsive and professional. They made the whole situation as stress free as possible and got me whatever help I needed while they worked on my case. In the beginning I was working a lot with Karla who had amazing communication and was very nice, she always made sure I knew about my upcoming appointments and kept me posted on things. Towards the end of my case I was communicating and working a lot with Jose and Thang. Jose seemed to be very much on top of things and was keeping me informed and double checking to make sure details of my case and any information communicated was accurate. Thang was very informative and gave very good advice. He had a great attitude and gave me the impression they were working very hard to get me the best options possible. He broke down my options and helped me understand the details so I can make the best decision for myself. From beginning to end The Accident Guys always felt like they had my best interests at heart.
