BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Paid almost $800 and all they did was put Freon to fix my ac unit that wasn’t cooling under 80 degrees.Hours later it wasn’t cooling again so we called them again and all the 2nd guy did was put Freon again. Hours later again it was doing the same thing and he had told us something inside might be wrong with it blah blah. We ended up calling another company and this guy looked around and opened the unit inside he found out it was clogged with our cats hair. He cleaned it up and it was a simple fix. There was never a leak. My bill for this was NOTHING closed to what this company had charged us. All they had to do was open the unit inside and actually do their job. If it wasn’t for the different company I called my ac would still not be working and who know what other charges they would be pulling. I also called to complain and never heard back. I would never recommend this place unless you have money to throw away.

Firstly; We had Goettl come and install a new air conditioning ( and heating ) unit a few years ago. Today we had to have maintenance done on the unit. Apparently the many power outages/brown outs that have occurred caused a malfunction. The offending part was removed and replaced with a new one. Done by a Goettl service man. Jeff Jerome who did a great/fast job of identifying and remedying the issue. He was very pleasant and cordial. We had called the office trying to get a next day service and were pleasantly surprised when one was available. The hours were between 1:00-5:00 pm. We did receive a telephone call letting us know that there would be a delay and then later a text to confirm that Mr. Jerome was still going to come by. It was a little after the time frame but, still well withing a useful time. In all a very courteous and friendly service call. No one wants to have someone come out and fix an issue with their house but, it was nice to have great representation and quality care for a company in today's market. Thank you, Goettl. It is indeed a pleasure doing business with you.

First of all, the technician *** CHIP WAS DEFINITELY A 5 STAR!!!! *** He was friendly, informative, polite, respectful, and took the time to answer all of our many questions. He also found a problem with our system that 3 other HVAC specialists had not found. My review would be a 5 star based on him alone. I had to take 2 stars off for the company itself. First, they are much more expensive for their parts and services than other companies. Second, they are not very efficient with the use of their technicians, and several times sent technicians from over an hour away. Third (and this was my biggest pet peeve) - this appointment was rescheduled 3-4 times. Twice they called me *during* the allotted time they were supposed to be *arriving* to tell me they were canceling and needed to reschedule to a couple weeks later - no warning! I'm so glad CHIP finally made it to our house and did such a good job. I just wish he had been able to come 6 weeks ago when the original appointment was scheduled.

It’s the tale of two different technicians months apart. 1st tech did a standard preventative maintenance on the heater system in the fall, stating my system is old and would need to be replaced but could not give me an estimated price, asked the tech to ball park it…I was told it’d be around 25k…but if I got the coil cleaned and another part replaced for a few hundred it would function better. Tech 2 entered the game yesterday and stated the system is about 10 years old but looks good…said nothing about needing a system replacement but was pushing a duct work cleaning for $1600 - I declined the service. The low star rating though is due to the fact that my outside unit now has at least one missing screw (are there more?) they use to advertise how they replaced missing screws…can’t take care of what you advertise you do…how do I trust you to do the upsell jobs correctly?
