Great experience and service! Had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed. From start to finish everyone was professional, kind and answered my questions. Alberto did great answering every question before the install. During the install Tim took extra time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. Let’s start with the fact that my old water softener was installed in 2004 by someone other than FWT. So here we go; I submitted an online request with FWT over a weekend and they called me by 0930 Monday morning. I was able to schedule a salesperson to come out that afternoon and was able to get a whole new system that Thursday. Please forgive me that I can’t remember every person who I spoke to but from the first phone call that Monday the office/customer support staff was very friendly. The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great insight to the entire process. Our installer(Dustin) was awesome. These days it is rare that every single step in a multi-step process was flawless but this one was. So hats off to all of you at Florida Water Technologies. You have earned a customer for life! Ps; my system looks AWESOME!!!!
