I had the pleasure of working with The branch manager Ericka Woulard when I needed to open a new account and her service was Outstanding!! She made me feel like I was The only member of community first. She gave me so much needed information I will definitely do more business with this Branch in the upcoming Future.

Male Teller was very rude to my parents. They went there to open an account, the guy insisted they open online, but my parents don't have a computer and chose to wait for the account lady. They were standing by the chairs waiting and the male teller walked up to them and rudely told them they had to sit down.. my father said he didn't want to. After 10-15 mins the male teller goes and talks to the manager so she comes up to my parents and says we close in one hour, and it takes 45 mins to open an account, we dont have time to help you today, so you have to schedule an appt and come back tomorrow.... Do yall feel tough talking to senior citizens like that? Or maybe you didint like them because they had an accent? You're lucky I wasnt there!!!!

Karlyn is a amazing employee. I had a issue with my banking and she was able to assist me . she very knowledgeable and is always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile. 10/10 would recommend coming here!!
