Update: The corporate office reached out and corrected this. They scheduled me an appointment for the location at the TownCenter and I was seen right at the time of arrival. They were responsive, friendly and tentative. WORST EXPERIENCE.....I scheduled an appointment with this location a week in advanced. I then showed up to my scheduled appointment and was told to write my name on the sign in sheet. Upon doing so, I advised the staff that I had an appointment. I was told they would see me after the 5 walk-ins that was there a head of me. I asked what was the purpose of having an appointment if the walk-ins were going to been seen a head of people with appointments? He couldn't give me an answer. He said sorry it's the busiest season for them. (Prom-Hence the reason I scheduled the appointment).
