Do they allow long term space rental for live in 5th wheel rvs? If so, what's the rent and is there a waiting list? Special requirements?

Hahaha, Month to Month Buddy , Your long term is one month , if they fill like giving you another month etc. they decide to get you out when they want , THIS THEY CANT DO , IS KEEP YOUR CAR FROM ENTERING THE PARK , YOULL HAVE TO WALK IN , IT DON'T MATTER IF YOUR CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR, OR IF YOUR 100YRS. OLD , IF YOUR RV HAS EXPIRED TAGS OR REG. BUT YOUR CAR IS CURRENT, GUESS WHAT YOU AINT BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE INTO THE PARK ,ITS AGAINST THE LAW ,THEY HAVE TO ALLOW YOU THE RIGHT TO YOUR LEGAL PLACE OF RESIDENT, ITS NOT EVEN WRITTEN ON ANY DOCUMENTS THAT TELL YOU OF THIS UNWRITTEN RULE , DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO THIS , IN THE NEAR FUTURE THIS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED , ALONG WITH OTHER ILLEGAL PRACTICES , HOA IS A JOKE, RECENTLY ONE GOT REPLACED, JUST FOR THE NEW HOA TO CONTINUE THE UNLAWFUL PRACTICES THAT THE OTHER ONE LEFT OFF , WITH ONE OF THEM HAS A CRIMINAL 16 ARREST ON HIS RECORD WHICH SHOULD DISQUALIFY HIM OF BEING ON THE BOARD, SO AGAIN , THEY ALLOW IT , SCARY ASS

The monthly rate is now higher on their website at 695 but when I drove by a few months ago there still was a sign that said 495 which is not true

Im sorry but im not aware of any info regarding Glen Ivy RV pk. When I moved out 4 years ago it was the best thing i ever did. Are you looking for long term if so Peppertree RV & Playland RV park's in Lake Elsinore CA has available areas. There's no pool. Only bad thing but the rent is around $500 a month and utilities depends on what you use. At Glen ivy they charge a set price for everyone ,which I don't think is FAIR. I had a 10x20 trailer and they charged me the same price as the big RV's that have everything in them. I tried to bring this to the manager's attention but was shut down. They don't care. Anyway make sure to keep an eye on your trailer and if anyone uses the storage make sure to take pic's of your trailer and Vin #. They had a scam going on with one of the girls in the office and the gal that was head of maintenance. They stole several trailers. They check the trailers coming in but not going out. Which is CRAZY. Anyway use at your own risk.

Yes they do and it's best to call them direct. Sam new ownership and they are currently revamping the park, we absolutely love camping there. Hope this helps!!

JACK PARKIN | Aug 23, 2018

I paid $635 a month for 6 months. 5th wheels; motor homes; trailers and all (except tents)

Gary Phillips | Aug 23, 2018

$620.00/mo - not sure about waiting list - spaces seem to vary in size, so larger rv's might have to wait for an available space.

Curtis DeLancey | Aug 23, 2018

It's $495.00/month plus utilities the park is full of long term.

You will not know unless you call what they have available. They stay busy but still at times have some open spots
