Yes there are people that have lived at the park for years. Pets are allowed. Typically there is not a waiting list at least not that I have ever seen. Its a descent place to stay the front gate is always guarded and you have to either be renting a spot or have a verified friend that you want to visit. The have showers, laundry room, store, restaurant. and a bar in addition to playgrounds basketball courts etc etc etc.
Yes and yes. This has been the best move Ive ever made. The maintenance crew keep everything in great shape. The office staff are always so helpful and friendly. And the security is awesome. I feel so safe here. And so quiet, which was a pleasant surprise!
Yes and yes but don't stay here, stayed for a week only because they don't do refunds..they ask to inspect your rv, they have ants and trash everywhere. It's full of unsavory people much better places to live
The inspection of my motor home only involved looking at my electrical hookup cord and sewer hose to see if they were safe.
Yes they allow both, I would call to see if there is any open spots
Yes they do. They allow pets. And im not sure about a waiting list. Its a really good deal even if they charge for pets by the way.
