I see online where a dog I found is there since the 7th of April and I would like to adopt but when I went to shelter he wasn't there but online he's at city of Sacramento's animal services how do I adopt

If he got adopted inform someone who works there to take him down and i suggest that you adopt another because every dog deserves a good home
