The shipper has requested a signature before delivery of my package. The courier tends to deliver my package while I'm at work. The item is for a special event. How am I do get my package before DHL returns it to the sender?

You can either have your package delivered to your job, release the signature if the courier has a safe and accessible place to leave it or you can pick it up from DHL between 10am and 8pm Monday through Friday at 401 23rd st. Hope this helps.

Contact DHL online or call, and have it send to your office instead. Or hold for pickup.

You can request a pick up from service center or you can go online and give driver permission to leave the package. You have to understand that driver will make a decision if it is a safe location. Also you can request to change a delivery address.
