The only reason I am giving Alto a 2 star rating is due to their free delivery service and their ability to scout discounts for medications. The only reason I am even continuing with them is due to my Dr only using them (for convineance on her end) and I am a type 1 diabetic. They constantly disregard any of your frustrating concerns related to delivery time, they will state “window frame for delivery has passed” WHEN YOU ORDERED IT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY and could care less of how that affects you. I recently requested a prescription transfer because they did not have the medication available and have not done so in a over a weeks time. They take more than a whole day to even respond to you. I have come to a point where I am now considering finding a new doctor just so I don’t have to use their service. Please improve customer service and efficiency.

Phone support is terrible! I’m the first person in the support call queue and have been on hold for 20+ minutes… This is the first time I’m using Alto Pharmacy, and it has left a bad first impression. Amazon Pharmacy offers faster support and seems to have an overall better user experience. I’d recommend it— it’s available directly in the Amazon app.

I needed a refill on my inhaler before the approved refill date because I was going on vacation. Alto went out of their way to help. They contacted the insurance company for approval to fill it 2 days early, but it was denied. I decided to pay for the prescription out of pocket. They helped find me the best price, suggesting a generic. The prescription ended up costing only $10 more than the brand name with my copay. I really appreciate the extra effort.

Alto used to provide a very good service. Same day processing and delivery was the standard. The pharmacists were diligent about clearing up any misunderstandings, and communication even through the chat interface was smooth and speedy. This is no longer the case. You're lucky to receive a response through chat within 24 hours, if at all. If you call, you'll just be waiting on the line for hours without connecting. Constant mix-ups lead to delays receiving critical medication. If anything, it will leave you wishing that you had placed the order at CVS because at least you could talk directly with a pharmacist for guidance or to mitigate concerns. This went from being a 5* service to a waste of time.

Hi Theo, yes we do! Our San Francisco pharmacy has Dexcom G6 sensors in stock.
I am not sure the specific area you would have to call Alto regarding that question.
It really depends on the medication. Alto will try and find coupons and deals for you, but the amount you save varies. You can try calling them and seeing what price you can get before signing up!
That's terrible! I think you should reach out to Alto's support team and provide the video of it happening.
There's a small parking lot in front that can support several cars and is handicap accessible. If that's full, there's lots of street parking nearby.
