Love this place! So much fun. Repurpose, shop local, unique finds and support a good cause. Please stop by and then head to their sister shop SCRAP.

What a find ! I needed an antique lock to replace an existing one. No luck at home depot or Lowe's finding a retro fit one. Building resources had the perfect lock for $6 plus $9 for a key from Don's lock & key resulted in one happy camper.

Great place to donate unused house parts, rather than take them to a landfill. Also a great place to find parts for an old house or an art project - if you're into this kind of thing it's really fun just to browse the inventory. They said they'd likley resell the wavy glass windows I brought for $6 per square foot, plus a bit for the frames, much cheaper than some fancy places. Very friendly staff. I showed up close to closing time with a truck load of stuff from my 100 year old house and they didn't complain at all. They'll give you a tax donation form if you want it.

They'll take the porcelain sockets for sure . The used lightbulbs you can take to Lowe's. They pretty much have a lot to deal with. So Lowes would be a kind gesture to relieve them from unneeded light bulbs
Call them, it depends on the items
Out door resource shopping, love it, wear a mask
Okay.... Next?
Yes
You never know what you might find, the inventory constantly changes
Depending on what kind and condition, they do.
They would most likely accept them if not too small
