Palm Court resto was noisy with the signature RH background of annoying music. Reminded me of "Be Our Guest" themed resto at Disney World, heavy drapes, gilding and chandeliers. Service was good as was the dessert I had, but beware chocolate lovers--only butterscotch and caramel dessert choices to coordinate with the camel/gold decor. Not kidding.

The first impression upon entry is one of grandeur and opulence. The building is gorgeous, and the restaurant is lovely, light and airy with beautifully plated food and great service. On closer inspection, this enormous RH showroom “showed” very little of the enormous inventory that RH has. It was the same couch and light fixture throughout the building. Even the famous rooftop with a spectacular view of San Francisco and the waterfront had a floor of the same drab, monotonous outdoor furniture. Wine should have been available for purchase on the roof garden. Having said that, their Cloud sofa was pretty comfy and they had some sleek picture lights and gorgeous, giant clay pots. The restaurant could have skipped the decorative velvet drapes, and used better tables and a more interesting pepper mill. The four fake palms surrounding the fountain were dramatic, but I like plants that provide oxygen especially in a location with ample natural light. Definitely worth visiting, but disappointing for anyone who wanted to see a variety of light fixtures and different pieces of furniture. The neutral monotone colors were a little bland especially with the black and white artwork. One of the coffee tables had a giant sculpture of a naked woman with her butt at nose level and my first thought was I hope she didn’t eat beans 😬

Absolutely not. Dogs don't belong in Restoration Hardware. It's a very nice place.
Yes it's open everyday but the time differs depending on which day you decide to go
They do but it's valet only (I think it was $30). You can park around the back on your own and pay Impark $10 instead. There's also a lot across the street as well as street parking, but I'm not sure what the cost is.
