The buying experience was fine so I suppose the 1 star can count for that... I placed two orders from their store in Feb 2022. The 1st order arrived within the promised delivery window but the crew that set it up left the accent chest clearly lopsided. I had to call and file a complaint for them to send someone out to correct the issue. The 2nd order was promised for May, then June, then July, and now they are saying October. They have done nothing to compensate for their failed ability to provide an accurate delivery window. They only feed the same excuse of "supply chain issues" even though 3 other retailers (Rooms to Go, Kanes, and Ashely) all managed to deliver an entire bedroom set, sofa, and coffee table within their promised delivery windows. Its 2022, everything is tracked and time-stamped. This is absolutely rediculous.
