These reviews seemed good when I scheduled my children their appointments… So I called and asked to be booked with the "most skilled stylists" when I got there I was told the stylists was very busy and if I minded someone else cut my daughters hair… I was very hesitant but I felt bad cause she kept saying how busy my scheduled stylists was, so I said sure… My daughter asked for very heavy layers and face framing. Also to cut a good 4-5 inches or so off. Well she didn't get any layers, no face frame, it looked more like a trim…. not to mention a VERY uneven/choppy one at that. I had to fix my daughters hair myself as she had her first day of school the very next day… On to my son that was booked with the barber asked for it to be taken down to a 0 on the sides. that did not happen.. After it was done and styled (I did not see it before it got styled.….) it looked fine until we got home and he took a shower washing all the product out.. his hair was so uneven and had long random hairs…I had to again fix myself… Not to mention when I called I was told it would be $25 for him and $35 for my daughters CUT only… NOT that it would be $80 for two childrens hair cuts that came out horrible plus a tip!! Not even to mention the HORRIBLE VERY inappropriate music being played while my 7 and 9 year old are getting a haircut… NEVER again I do NOT recommend!

My first time at Radiant and I had Donna as my hairstylist. She was awesome! Super friendly and did an amazing job. I have been a blonde my whole life and decided to go dark brown. I am in love with my hair. I definitely will be back.
