I called Golf Car Outlet to get routine service and replace some broken or inoperable items, namely the Forward/Reverse selector because the car would only go backwards. They picked up the cart, quickly diagnosed, the issues, and found some more that needed attention. I had my cart delivered back to me in great working order in less than a week and completed under the estimated cost of repairs. Thank you Phil and team!

Do NOT buy a golf cart from these people they do NoT stand behind anything they sale, and when at fault won’t return and of your calls to service cart, Terrible experience, and Customer Service

I purchased a 2009 Club Car there that was priced well below other places. I recently upgraded my cart to a Lithium Battery they offered and could not be any more happy with my experience. Great support staff! Thanks to everyone there for positive experience!!!

If I could give this place a negative 5, I would. I have taken my cart to this location over 3 times in the past several years. I have spent over $1500 in past repairs along with new batteries. This time the cart was dead and they diagnosed as an F&R switch. They had the cart for a week and I was told it would be $300.00. I then was called again by another person saying the price would be $400 plus maybe more. I got a 3rd call that it may be as much as $1200.00. They said the Inductive throttle and pedal box needed to be replaced. I advised them that I would pick the cart up. I arrived and I told them that I was not pleased with three different quotes by different people. I told them that I believe they were not being honest in their work. and just "parts hanging" to drive the bill up. They subsequently gave me a bill pf $136.43 for just diagnosing a problem that they could not remedy. I paid it and left. I took the cart to another nearby golf cart repair and was charged $320.00 for a F&R switch. There was nothing else wrong with my cart. Cart runs like new again. In my incident "Golf Cart Outlet" cannot be trusted nor are they doing anyone a service when they conduct business as they did with me. I addressed this situation with the manager and was given an excuse that the service manager was sick for 3 days. I will never do business with this sad excuse for a Golf Cart Service business again. Years ago when I first took my cart there I had no problems. They have absolutely gone down hill.
