Called a little over two weeks ago because we have a warranty and they hold it. They scheduled a repair for the next week. They then text me to say it would be rescheduled on the day they were supposed to arrive. I called THEM and they said they had computer issues. They rescheduled for 8 days later which as of today is supposed to be tomorrow. I just received another text stating the technician is “under the weather and we would have to reschedule again”. We called just now and the lady told us he was having truck issues. So which is it?? We asked to have someone send out someone else and she said ‘we cannot do that’. Then she offered to send someone else two weeks from now. Are you serious???

Took several weeks to get a response after request for someone to come look at my sleeper sofa needing new frame. Once appointment was made, Jim came within a few days to evaluate. Now on hold again waiting for an estimate.

Left two messages, they said they would reply within 24 hours, never heard from them. They were recommended by the furniture place we purchased at, but we were out of warranty, so recommended them. Totally bummed. UPDATE: Fast Furniture contacted me, a repairman came out today, after a two week wait( not unusual) and did a temporary repair, gave us the numbers to order the motor , now ordered. Thank you for your help!
