Web site to order is very difficult to navigate age verification is intense- Picture of my drivers license-picture of my face- last 4 of my social? Really..? I did all that and still couldtfinish the order. No phone # to talk ya a person. 👎🏼

AVOID. If you're thinking about switching to e-cigs, do not use #juul. They bait and switch. Their promises are false. Use 7s, instead. Juul's coupons don't work, their units have a short battery life. The customer service, although responsive, is sterile. It should also always be a red flag when a company's Facebook page doesn't permit user ratings.

There is zero way to get customer service unless you give them ALL your information, which they do not need. Not by internet chat, email or phone, but I guess when you make garbage why would you want to make it convenient or easy for people to contact you.(Shady business practice, which alone is a red flag) The juul pods have to constantly be pulled out and cleaned after every 3-4 pulls because of the oil that gets on the contacts. This is no matter what flavor I use. DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone looking for a decent e cig or vape.
