A very cool restaurant supply store. Commercial grade items. A lot of it too expensive for me because i'm poor. But when I win the lottery I'm going to outfit my new kitchen at this store.

While they might have some stuff, they will also do shady things behind your back, like going nack and modified your order and changes prices to charge you more!

This store is fun. Lots of very durable, high quality stuff. The only thing I dont like is their pricing strategy. They do not put prices on most items, glassware being an example. So the process for buying glasses is to take the one you like to the desk and ask for a price, at which point you are given a higher price than a volume buyer would get so you have to barter. However the selection of stuff is great.

I opened three cafes and restaurants in the last 20 years and bought almost all of our equipments at this place. The service and knowledge of the staff were impeccable. The company changed ownership in Febuaery 2019 and everything has gone down significantly since then! Especially customer service!! I have taken my business elsewhere...it is very unfortunate!
