I do not trust their mechanics. I caught them lying multiple times trying to sale services that are NOT need it or required.

I always hesitate to post a negative review, as a bad experience can occur with simple mistake on one persons' part, and not reflect on the business as a whole. So, positives first. I like Toyota vehicles', and have bought two from Frank Toyota, and will buy a third when it's time. Full disclosure: I am an automotive mechanic with over thirty years experience in the industry. I am older now, and learning to be a customer :) I bought the extended ToyotaCare package with the current car, and it's still active. It'll be time for me to put the wrenches down soon; that's why I got the extended version of their ToyotaCare package. A small quibble with service is nothing to bring up, but having several poor experiences is. I have no complaint with the service advisors, used several, all are good at their trade. I do have a problem when work that's covered is done poorly, or not done at all. From simple things like overtightened oil pan drain bolts, oil filter housings so overtightened I needed to buy another, as the original was cracked. The windshield wipers were checked frequently, but never replaced. The cabin air filter was also checked, but the access door to it was left open twice (resulting in reduced heat and A/C performance). When I had a concern with stored trouble codes in the cars' computer, I was told that their scan tool did not show codes (mine sure did:). When a damaged tire was warranteed, it took five days to come in, and a lengthy wait for installation. I requested several brake inspections over the last year, as the brake pads were wearing out. They always checked, and gave me a measurement in millimeters, and let me know they didn't need replacement yet. However, the brakes had become noisy, and I had to pump the pedal twice to achieve normal stopping. I went to parts, bought the correct factory pads, and did the brakes myself. Pads were shot, brake rotors warped. Nothing abnormal, brakes wear out! So I guess what I'm saying is what did I get for purchasing the extended package? I had to perform covered services myself on several occasions. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful I know what to do, and can do it. I was hoping to find someone to take over these chores, so I can go hang out with the grandkids:)
