Racist neighbors and poor management staffs! Told the management staffs like 3 month prior that my kitchen roof have fallen down and it took them 6 months to get my kitchen roof fixed. I had to called and reminded them numerous times to get my kitchen roof fixed. Another time, my kitchen sink was leaking water underneath and it took them 3 days to come and check out the problem. All their excuses was that my concern wasn't that important...JUST WOW!

Community lawsuits needed😊 . Talk to your neighbors - hire an attorney- sign a petition- keep every letter - timeline - everything in writing - if they ignore email .send certified letters - let's get together on these apartment complexes -and demand they do much better

Is it normal for them to charge deposit, first and last months rent. Never had an apartment do this before!!

Okay, so I got tested positive for covid about a week ago... they won't give an extension deadline to pay rent even though I have the money order. They said you either find someone else to bring it or find another way or take the late fees. I said okay I'll just bring it up there, lady on the phone said "No, you can't put us at risk". We'll I can't ask anyone to do it for me because no one wants to come around me because (I HAVE COVID) yet I have to find another way. Very understanding people who work here lol When I asked for a corporate office number I was told "Well I have to call them first" I said "Okay, you can call them but I still want the number". I was then told "Well I don't have the number right now". Interesting.
