I've been apartment hunting for quite a bit. Boulders has been a great property to view. In my opinion it's a great location and has really nice amenities, like a saltwater infinity. I toured the apartments with Krista, she's pretty cool (compared to other leasing agents I've toured with). She's very knowledgeable about all the questions I had asked and was great to tour withx The apartment was beautiful, and felt huge (in comparison to the sqrt ft of the floor plan). Also the price was pretty good (in my opinion) when looking at 1 sqrt ft: $1 ratio + the upgrades of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, W/D and hardwood floors in living areas. They have been very transparent with me and I am looking forward to moving in soon. **Will update with this post with any pros/cons. **

The place is okay. Nice looking apartments and amenities. However, the little issues that took forever to resolve really knocked it down a bit. If staying I’d say be very diligent on having things fixed fast

Nope. Just a regular apartment complex
They have said that the emergency alarm in the pool area doesn't work... but after having a look at the pool, it is in NO condition to be used... there is stuff all over the bottom of it, large chunks of something covering places in the bottom... so they are simply using the emergency alarm as an excuse, rather than exposing themselves as the poor excuse of an apartment community that they are... if you want information from them, the best way to get it is to email them, email, email, email... that way you have a paper trail for everything you contact them about & the response you receive... if you dont get favorable action from a local contact, contact Mission Rockes Residential in Denver, CO... Specifically Toni Moyes & Janelle French... from there go to the actual owners Hamiton Zanze in San Francisco, CA...
The apartment buildings do not feature elevators.
