My truck that i bought to run my entire business doesn’t work, the transmission does not go into Park. Mossy Nissan says “no fix sorry call corporate” i call Corporate they say “ no fix sorry go to the dealership” they sold a vehicle and had no issue making money in the sale like a business does but when they realize what they sold doesn’t work they tell you to fly a kite. Quite literally the worst experience of my entire life.

Best interaction with a sales associate at a car dealership that I have ever encountered and I have bought several cars. No high pressure sales, he listened to what my friend wanted. Ian was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Ian showed us a pre-owned car and covered the details inside and out, then took us for a test drive. My friend wanted to think about it and we left. If she doesn't buy the car here, it certainly isn't because of this encounter. Ian was excellent.

Six years later I have continued to exclusively come here to service my car. Mark, the Service Manager and his team do not disappoint me at all. Mark provides exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond. Although he is the Manager, he is very hands on and present with his customers and team. This demonstrates his professionalism and genuine interest in customer satisfaction at all levels. During a time when businesses are needing to adjust due to COVID, I am pleased to see that the quality of service has not depreciated. Well done Mossy Nissan in National City!!

Best experience so far! My service advisor Carlos was the best. He answered all my questions and never pressured me on any services. He was kind and very accommodating. Will definitely ask for him to assist me next time.

My transmission on my 2017 Nissan was changed out in November and now it doesn't pick up like it should speed-wise and they left that little plastic flap that goes under the front end of the car loose so now it kind of hangs
If you bought the car from the agency and bought the warranty, you can talk to the agency directly and open a case called "lemon law."
They already answered and if there is a good service !!!!
The common reasons for the engine light comes on is: 1) loose gas cap. 2) oxygen sensor needs replacing. 3) catalytic converter needs replacing. 4) mass airflow sensor needs replacing. 5) spark plug wires need replacing.
Try Courtney tires in Chula Vista. It's a very good place try them out it's. Better than the dealer
The best
