The location:. Fantastic service. Online chat: absolutely lied to me. Phone call: pretty much useless, was told I'd get a manager callback within 90 minutes. Nope: didn't happen. I kept getting text messages that my package *would be* delivered 2 minutes in the past. I've been at home several of these times and I ran downstairs to see if I could find DHL. Nope. No note, nothing. I chatted yesterday with Ana and asked what information I could provide that could keep the same thing from happening again. Ana insisted it would be delivered after 4pm. Today's text was before 1 pm. But I drove to the office and I got my package. And the woman who helped me was very nice and very helpful.

Dhl service has been the poorest I have ever know , how can you drop a parcel at door post and declare I delivered? To whom was it delivered to? Dhl please teach your staff how to do deliveries. This is not funny anymore. We need it parcel

For a air freight shipping company, their customer service is handled by software that is antiquated. IE: Any updates to shipments takes 24 hours at least to be recognized and acted upon. Even if you manage to reach a actual human they will defer to their inadequate software and claim there is no way to override it's slow processing. Being a international company which in the past was stymied by regulations in it's attempt to integrate into the US market, I seriously believe they sustain minimal customer support for incoming domestic shipments. Your better off using a domestic carrier (ie: Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) for incoming international shipments.

Wow! Such great customer service! The person helping me was so nice and friendly. It is a bit hard to find the front door. It's all the way to the right of the building. Also once you get it, you have to press a buzzer to get a customer service rep come and help. I waited about 2 minutes, not bad at all. Loved this interaction!
