Go on www.dpss.lacounty.gov click on login... instead of clicking on yes login I have an account click on login and select no for account then it's going to ask you for your case number it's going to ask you for your date of birth and your ZIP code or cell phone number enter either of those then press continue in the corner of box will pop-up you press the x of that box accept the terms in the new box that opens and you should be all set to see your case and renew your case online
