That's exactly the kind of service and attitude you will receive at the Believers office. Extremely unprofessional, and unorganized. I'm sure, this is an employee from that office as well. How any of you got YOUR jobs there... I do not understand. As for me, Iv been working since I was 16 yrs old, graduated highschool, and college, and started working for a very popular bank right out of highschool...and was very successful there for 10 years. During that time I paid for both my sons, and my insurance, out of pocket for his first 5 yrs. But life happens...these days it is very hard to find a reliable trust worthy baby sitter, and every single person in my family works...and so I had to take some time to spend with my child...but I still got the poorest service in the world...and it's not just the wait....it's the employees that are incapable of doing their job correctly in a timely manner... Every job that iv had, never tolerated loss of documents, or imputing data incorrectly, and had to take on-line courses every yr to make sure we were sure what our company policies were and procedures...because every time I ask about some information I have either red from the forms you guys give to us...you all are quick to give a negative response or deny certain services that are supposed to be OFFERED TO US!!!

Always. Problem with my info they fo wrong dont have time for that besides they have d worsest phone service ever when im on hold for over 25 minutes they hang up that pises me of try n c for yourself they. Suck
