I haven’t walked across the boarder since October 2017. At that time there was massive construction. Is this location still available to walk across the boarder?

Pedestrian west is a newer facility on 495 virginia, just east of the outlet shops. Pedestrian east is the old port; you can still walk across but it is a bit harder to access unless you are arriving by trolley or being dropped off.

Yes Still Available, and now they have two ped acces.

Yes. But it may be easier to use the Ped West facility that is located west of the San Ysidro POE.
