Does the pay parking lot machine at the top accept coins? and does it give you change?

There's paid parking on top of the hill, not a lot of spaces during prime time. It takes coin, bills, and cards. Lik e others said you can park further down the street and walk up

Honestly that i dot no myself and the perdon whom I was with we parked on the street a little way down from the park. You can look it up to see if it do. Hopes this help some.
