Yes there is a parking lot at the top of the hill wtih meter parking. There is a small lot on Jefferson Blvd as you passed the Scenic Overlook entrance going West on your left side. There is also street parking on Jefferson Blvd, few with meters and the majority of spaces free. I recommend planning 5 to 10 minutes to park as you get used to it. After, you will find it easy to park. Enjoy :)
