So this is a public park and of course you can bring your children I do not see a lot of children during the week and I only see a few of them on the weekends now the stairs goes all the way up on a hill or Mountain there's a lot of them probably about three to four hundred stairs can your children do three or four hundred stairs? Now there's another way you can go up through the road which has a sidewalk exclusively for people walking can they go up a half a mile Mountain if they can then yes bring your children now there are dirt walkways that go up to the stairs and that might be the most appropriate things everyone gets a workout it's wide enough for people to pass because on the stairs they cannot but it is a lot of fun with the whole family it's great when the whole family works out together also I would advise to park on the street and use paid parking so you don't have to cross the street or be in the middle of the street with the kids just safety but that's up to you
They will definitely have a great time. I guess I can say there are 3 levels on this place . There are the stairs, there is a path that goes up to the top and on the side of the mountain there is a paved path way that also goes to the top you can even bring a stroller. You will not regret visiting this place, there is a lot to see from the view to little animals that live there who knows you may be lucky and spot a rabbit. I see one every time I go.
They would enjoy it though theres very limited parking up top the hill n if they or you are not physically active, it could be a gruesome tread
If they're under five or six, be prepared to carry them back unless you park at the top or use a stroller. Same for dogs that aren't used to strenuous activity.
@Aaron Gassman if you're going to the stairs just to workout it's not good for kids.
Yes! Definitely! Totally kid friendly
