Not to the park in general but some portions have an entrance fee like special gardens and museums.

The park is wide open with a laid out Archery Range the historic windmills interesting. The Japanese Tea Garden very lovely the Rose Garden. No entry fee. Expect to be there all day of you want to stroll around its alive fun and there is really no experience like it that I know of. Have fun.
