This was really cool, great view. Expensive though, and the photos they offer after the ride, ouch! Found it odd that they printed and framed them before knowing if people even want to buy them, we sure didn't.

Night time is amazing!! Book your tickets early as they sell out!! Also definitely get the photo package after your ride!! So much fun!

I enjoyed the ride on the wheel. There was no line at 2:30p on a Tuesday. We boarded and went around four times. The wheel goes around fairly quickly, and it was over in about 10-15 minutes. You could get a similar view from the deyoung museum tower.

Loved the ride! :-) it was fantastic to get up above Golden Gate Park and look down! :-) it went around for a full 4 revolutions. The pictures they take as you enter the ride turn into pretty nice photos at the end! If you happen to be in the Golden Gate Park area we recommend this ride! :-)

If you mean vaccinated, no. But you need to wear a mask.
Preferred but not necessary. I have never made reservations at all and with the family pass you don't need to worry about not having enough time or it's to late to go.

Street Parking on MLK or JFK drive should be plentiful and free. Just make sure to check the signs for street cleaning.
Yes we took are 15 pound dog on the ride. He isn’t a service dog either. They are ok with as long as you pick up if your dog goes.

I just saw a post on their social media that they will not be operating. They mentioned to follow them on social media for updates..
The Vip up to 5 comfortably. Leather seats and Harwood floor nice and warm. The regular up to 6 people..
We stood in the rain while waiting to ride...and it was a long que...but we finally got on and thank God the rain stopped...this was two Sundays ago..but please check their site for updates.

Yes, go to their website and under their FAQ section you can find a form to fill out. But I still don't recommend the ride.
One line to scan in ticket, then line up to take photos, then 4 lines to get on the wheel.
Its 4 rotations. One rotation goes all the way around, then it pauses to let people on and off, rotating around and stopping, waiting, rotating. The views are wonderful!
