Fantastic place. Well maintained. Course not too difficult for beginners and semis. Fun to play, without loosing too many discs. Can be crowded on the weekend though, with multiple tournaments going on. So either come very early or in the afternoon.

Got there around 10, very little waiting. I'm thinking that 2 hours and 10 minutes in the car is not worth a 2 hour game; maybe if we could play twice or have something else to do in the city. Still it's a very nice course, I enjoy it every time I do play!!

Favorite disc golf course in the Bay Area! Weekends can get busy so plan accordingly.

Gorgeous park with a good mix of disc golf holes. One of the nicer disc golf courses I've ever been to. Only drawback is that there are so many people playing the course, even on a less busy day, that it took waaaay too long to play a round with all the waiting. Playing by myself, I'm used to just cruising through the course and playing through larger groups, but there were so many groups, I couldn't even do that.

No. They even pulled out the cages.
Yup! My friends and I play at night all the time. Just make sure ya bring something to light up your disc and the basket and it's super fun
nope. Monday probably.
Not really. I'd recommend Sports Basement on Bryant St in SoMa. Sometimes club members sell on weekends. The spot on Fulton that rents and sells discs I don't care for, as they have been caught selling discs that club members have lost.
We went to sports basement. They had a great selection. Probably over a hundred. Typical prices (10 for dx, 18 for star plastic).
