Grey, like the color is legit! I returned my AT&T equipment in less than three minutes. He is knowledgeable and made sure I had all the necessary paperwork just in case AT&T tries to say I didn’t return my equipment. Thank you Grey 👍🏾

Stopped by to drop off an item for return to Amazon. The door as well as the online web shows the store closes at 4 pm. It was 3:20 when I pulled up. Doors closed, lights off. So while waiting to double check if I had the times correct, two gentlemen (employees) show up. I ask if they’re open they both tell me no. Meanwhile, the hours on the door and website say 4! When I ask why they’re closed they rudely ignore me, unlock the door, and go inside! This is unacceptable. Both gentlemen had both just come from the restaurant next door. Not understanding why they would tell me they’re closed when there was 40 minutes left. Very angry!

I use this UPS store for shipping, returning items to Amazon and passport photos. They are extremely efficient and courteous. My items always make it to their destinations on time and safely. I am normally in-and-out in less than 5 mins. Great job, keep it up!
