There is internal theft by employee's at this location. Terrible! I paid for 2 day air shipping. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro and it kept saying out for delivery day after day for a week. I kept getting notifications like "We missed you, we will try again delivery tomorrow" yet I was home every day waiting for it. They kept falsifying delivery attempts. No one at UPS customer service could answer where my package was, they kept saying the generic "It's out for delivery" based on what the tracking showed without looking into it. I finally opened an investigation. I demanded to speak to a supervisor from this location. A women from this UPS facility called me. She sounded dismissive at first saying yet again the packaged showed 'out for delivery'. When I told her it was an iPhone from T-mobile, her tone of voice changed, she said "Oh!...let me look into it, I'll call you back". She then called me back and said "Yeah, it's stolen. Call T-mobile and start a claim and I recommend that next time you go directly the T-Mobile store to buy it, do not have it shipped". She basically confirmed they steal packages here. What type of customer confidence and trust in UPS is that? it took me 3 months to get my money back from T-Mobile while the investigation was completed. There needs to be a serious internal investigation, employees shouldn't just be stealing peoples packages! Can't there be accountability for who scanned it or handled it last? who's truck it was in or if it even made it on the truck? or check cameras? Now the new iPhone 14 is coming out and I can't even trust a major company like UPS. And unfortunately T-Mobile only works with UPS for shipping. Ridiculous!

Hassle on the phone. Wait was ridiculous. There was no one ahead of me. Only chose UPS because FedEx site was wonky.

where is my package paid extra for overnight its 6pm you have had package since 9;48 am why is it taking you over 8 hours to drive `1o mins and drop off and I saw your driver drive past my place? why do you guys have any common sense when you structure routes and delivery times?

Not sure. They usually put part-time people on. You would have to call or go to the depot. Check their website.
You may be able to find out with a tracking number and contacting customer service.
