Be aware of this station ! I took the train with my little kids last week and we paid premium prices , we picked our seats . So when we went on board our seats were taken and the leadership on board Natalia refused to talk to those people to move and due to my disability i chose those bigger seats but i had to sit in smaller one without choice ! When i asked for my money back they told me that i denied to share seats with them !! False statement and false services . Its so unfair that this company cant handle the situation correctly . The team on board apologized and promised for a refund and nothing happened . Please make sure next time to satisfy your costumers . So disgusting behaviors from leadership on board .

Excellent train service with nice modern carriages that have comfortable seats with a good amount of space and power outlets. The stations offer good facilities. The stations are quite well located too.

They don’t provide shuttle service from the airport. If you miss your train they will not honor ticket, you need to purchase another ticket . Everything is overpriced! Tri Rail is 3 times cheaper and they do provide free shuttle from the airport.

Do not take if you have an important flight to catch, even though Brightline advertises ease to the airport. We had tickets and were turned away even though our bags and arrival time where within the rules Brightline outlines. We were leaving on an international trip and the woman at the front desk wouldn't even let us up to security and kept shrugging her shoulders as I begged her to let us bring our bags through security and get on the train. She kept saying the bags wouldn't fit in the Xray machine (even though they were within the size outlined on the site) but we had 20 minutes until the train left, which should be enough time to search them. We ended up having to call an Uber last minute. I emailed Brightline and followed up, but they couldn't give me the decency to respond.

The positions on the website doesn't show a salary. You have to apply first and once you're given an interview you'll receive a salary offer. If you have experience in the position you're applying for you'll be offered more money.
There are no buses or trolleys that have a stop at the Brightline station. However, the city bus terminal is right across the street and you can hop on a bus that will take you anywhere in the city.
3 minutes (0.3 miles) via S Rosemary Ave
I've seen plenty of security personnel and access to the platforms is only with a ticket.
Orlando will open in 2020. Construction is already underway so it may open 2019. Miami Station will open next month April 2018.
The parking garage is adjacent to the station. It's on the west side of the station.

I believe the last train arrives at 9:30 but you have to check the website
I accidentally bought a ticket for a earlier time than I thought. I couldn't change it online cause the time for changing it had already passed but they gladly changed it at the station.
Free shuttle service ask one of the yellow shirts attendees as soon as you arrive to the Fort Lauderdale station .

This discount does not apply anymore. This was offered back in 2018
The Brightline only goes as far south as downtown Miami. You'd have to find your way from there
No. There are talks about having one in the future. But at the moment, there's a shuttle from the station to the airport.
I've had a woman for 25 years and still don't get any discount.
There are bike racks in between every coach. I'd say about 4-6 racks so there should be plenty of room for you & a group.

Tickets must be purchased at the station prior to departure. You can go to the attendant or the kiosk. There is also an app or website you can use at https://gobrightline.com. Keep in mind that they don't accept cash at all, even if you go to the station. Rates vary depending on time and day.
The Miami Central Station is nearby the Festival but you will most likely want transportation like Uber or Lyft. https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZVxDGLsT3wYfq8eP6
Ay to look at the page of them. I saw for $ 12 but could not be changed. I bought the $ 15 because I wanted the flexibility to make changes. I saw nothing cheaper than that. You'll have to look at the page of them.
If you go online you can find all the prices and differences. I remember I saw one for $12 that didnt let change. I paid $15 because I wanted the flexibility to change. They had options with snacks on board... and kids under 12 with a paying adult ride for free.
Very close, within a walking distance..
No shuttles, but you can take a Lyft. Tickets include a $5 Lyft credit that you can use. The Lyft ride has to start or end at the station.
I heard it's gonna be like $120 , but it's gonna be years before the track is completed
Not directly. First you have to go to Miami Downton and then take the train to Fortlauderdale
How 10 minutes in uber
I would call the bright line and get the correct answer
Get off at Downtown Fort Lauderdale, cross the traintracks, enter Broward Central Station (bus) take the number 1 heading to Aventura Mall, get off at the airport stop. Fare: $2.00
Not at all. Stay away
True, you can also take trolleys there. They are free!
Brightline only goes from West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. You may want to look at Amtrak
The route to Orlando is not open yet. They are in the process of building the tracks. Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm are the only destinations served as of now.
The other option would be the metro train but it takes a while.
It's a 20 minute walk through a sea of homeless. Check out tent city by the library
Check Briteline website
$6 is the daily rate
No. You can go as far as West Palm Beach at the moment
Ft Lauderdale. There are only 3 stations. West Palm, Ft Laud, and Miami. Try Google maps
Orlando is not open yet.
You can definitely use everything by rail. Here is how you can get to the Airport. 1: Brightline to DMI 2: Brightline transfer to Metrorail @ Gov. Center 3: Metrorail* to Tri-Rail* Transfer Station 4: Metrorail* transfer to Tri-Rail*. 5: Tri-Rail* to Miami Airport. *Please check for the next train when you get to the station. Times may vary, and delays may happen for either due to track maintenance, track inspection, or for wheelchair loading (Only for Tri-Rail trains)
The City would be the ones to send county workers out to clean up. I'm pretty sure if you Google city hall for that area they can assist by sending out county workers to clean up. Brightline is a private company and has no control over that.
10 or 15 usd
Contact brightline and find out or come into a station. They'll be more than welcomed to answer your questions.

The parking garage. It's huge and has 7 floors. Along the stairs from top to bottom it's all colored. It'll say brightline right over the parking garage entrance.
With a Select Ticket you get complimentary lounge snacks and drinks as well as on the train.
Most likely they still will offer free parking. There hasn't been any talk that I know of recently about changing over to paid parking from free yet.
Orlando service begins in 2021
Since Funky Buhdda is in Oakland Park, and the station is in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, the awnser is no. But you do get a view of that restaurant because Brightline runs on the Florida East Coast Railway Mainline.
Free for now. Also if you use promo code BLFRIEND It's BOGO buy one get one.
Rideshare. Examples are Lyft, Uber, or Taxi.
The Broward County Transit route 1 bus runs between the downtown bus terminal next to the Fort Lauderdale Brightline station and Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. The $2 ride will take about 30 minutes.
No, not yet. The Fort Lauderdale to Orlando route opens in 2020.

The service to Orlando will be available in year 2020. Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach Station are open. Miami will open in April or May 2018.
Yes parking was free during the promotional period. It may still be.
It runs to west palm but does not stop in Boca. Select includes snacks and refreshments, kind of like first class.
Its a 15 minute car ride, just over 5 miles away.
Not at this time. There is only a free shuttle to the FLL Trirail stop. The FLL Trirail stop is a separate station from the Trirail FLL airport station. I was told the only direct connections are Broward bus or taxi/rideshare.
101 NW 2nd Ave
To Miami in the Summer 2018. You never know with these people
It will bring you to downtown fort Lauderdale but the airport is still more than a mile away but you can catch a bus to airport.
