Friendly and helpful. I bought Miele Vacuum there and buy all the filter and bags too. Nice to have a small business in town that sells the best vacuums. When they don't have something they will order it for you.

Worth the drive to Salem or Eugene to avoid the terrible customer service!! I am an apparel design student at OSU with over 10 years of sewing experience and needed to take my machine in to be serviced. It was clear the senior ladies working there didn't respect me. (Perhaps due to my age?) One woman commented on the age of my machine and how they're not sure they can even work on it (excuse me? this machine is no more than 10 years old and is a Pfaff machine that should last much longer). When I came back to pick up my machine today I said "hello, I'm here to pick up a machine" to which the woman replied "what kind of machine", to which I replied "one brought in for service," she along with two other employees all laughed at me and said "we do sewing machines and vacuums so its all machines." (Who calls it a vacuum machine...?) Regardless they could have easily just asked for my name to find my machine instead of laughing at me. I worked in customer service at Nordstrom and if I ever treated a customer the way these women treated me I likely would've lost my job. I then asked what exactly was done to the machine and the woman simply handed me the piece of paper with the list of work done but it was not in layman's terms and made very little sense. I gave two stars because the work done on my machine was good and at a fair price but moving forward I will make the drive to Salem, Eugene, or even Portland to have my machine serviced and I will encourage my classmates to do the same.

Great customer service with so much opportunity for learning about: Viking and Brother sewing machines, quilting, machine embroidery, and sewing.

The amount of fellowship, craftsmanship, and good Old love for what you do, is immeasurable. A Vaccume was in need of a new Clutch, and brush bar. A simple, but direct discussion on the repairs needed and cost. This all took place 20 minutes before they were open. Well 4 hours and 3 minutes and $40.00 later I have My $500.00 Dyson back up and running Perfectly. Also I was asked if I would put it back together, and save $40.00 I chose no thank you please its worth the $40.

You need to call them to see if they service central vacs.
Good chance they do. They carry good brands of sewing machines and have classes.
