Go to any brightline station: Miami, Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach. Speak with the guest service agent about your ticket. Give the guest service agent your first and last name and they can print your ticket for you. Or once you get to the brightline station use the touch screen kiosk to print your tickets by typing in your full name and reservation number.
They have machines at the station where are punch in your information and print out the tickets.
