Shaun was wonderful to me and my family at a very difficult time even when just before the funeral some members were...let's just say they were very very emotional ( it was a VERY emotional time) he kept his cool and I appreciated that...he helped contribute to us making special arrangements for extra guests for the funeral which made a world of difference to the outcome of the event. While making the arrangements I was so disoriented I kept calling him other person's name, but Shaun just smiled calmly and said 'it's ok'. Thank You Shaun to you and your team also for making my husband 'look like'... he was just resting, that also helped towards the outcome of the day.

The pros of Aaron's Low Cost Cremation is that you will be handed a cardboard box of "remains". The cons are that the owner, Sean, is extremely rude. My Stepfather passed away and my 83 year-old-Mom did not feel well enough to pick up the remains after the cremation was perfromed. Sean gave her a hard time for rescheduling the appointment. When we went to his office there was nobody to greet us at the front entrance. My Mother needed to use the rest room and I gently called out "Hello" to see if someone could help us. Sean came out of the back of the building and ironically yelled at me for yelling. He was the only person who raised his voice. Then my mother asked him about the death certificate (which he did not order correctly) and he was rude and dismissive. When I confronted him about his rudeness he threatened to kick me out of the funeral home. He made me pay for the reordering of the death certificates even though his office made the mistake of ordering the incorrect forms and yelled that he does not make money from the $650 cremation. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects to be treated with dignity and kindness.
