I wanted to ask why this residency isn't available to full-time students? It seems quite unfair, especially to those who are highly responsible and capable of this opportunity.I was wondering if theres any acceptions to having two full-time students?

My best guess, as a resident, is that this is a low income place. I am disabled, on ssi, and food stamps. I would assume it may be the type of place that is more that that and also maybe like low income single parents. Idk. :)

What size of an apartment did they approve you for being on SSI and food stamps?
