Scroopy Noopers
Worst place I’ve ever lived. I’ve rented apartments in the ghetto areas of Springfield and West 11th and by far, Crescent Park Apartments is the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. With the amount I pay for rent I’d expect the paper thin walls would be a lot thicker and for the apartment itself to actually be luxurious like they claim them to be. My neighbors are extremely loud and rude but noise complaints go no where. There’s constant “maintenance” that sounds more like heavy construction everywhere around my apartment but mine. 1 out of 3 times I throw out my trash there’s a homeless person digging through the dumpster during the day and at night there’s always someone trying to brake into cars. There’s no security even though they claim to have on sight security. In my last living situation I needed to find a new place to live in a relatively quick time so I regretfully jumped on the availability of Crescent park. Huge mistake. They didn’t allow a physical tour due to Covid but offered a very nice video of their newer apartment online. I got the old, and what seems like unfinished apartment. I stupidly signed a 15 month lease because I assumed I’d like this “luxury” apartment and would most likely renew my lease when it was up. NOPE! I’ve gotten 3 hours of sleep due to the ridiculous amount of noise for the last year and almost never have any moment of peace especially at night. Stay far away from these apartments! You can pay less to live in a better built and better managed apartment complex.

Most of the glowing reviews are because while living at crescent park , they reward you with gift cards for leaving reviews on google. The grounds are pretty much covered with dog poop especially near the playground area, every Friday at 7:55 am promptly there landscape service blows leaves and dust all over the vehicles. If you want covered parking you pay $15 a month and more than likely it will get broken into , all our neighbors had with bikes stolen or car broken in to. It’s outrageously over priced to live there, for the same price you can rent a home. Out of all apartments we lived in across the country this was the worst. We left as soon as our 1 year lease was up and would not recommend to anyone unless you are never home , or like hearing your neighbors 24/7 and the fresh smell of dog poop when you open your window.

My husband and I were residents for 3.5 years, when we first moved to the Eugene area. The location of the apartments is awesome and the amenities were great-in-unit laundry, pet areas, and a playground were great. Apartments are pretty standard, although we didn't live in the one of the updated units (which are nicer) but it suited our needs well. Staff were responsive and friendly, maintenance was prompt, and we enjoyed our time living there. Rent never drastically increased with each renewal and we were pleased to get the majority of our deposit back since we have heard horror stories of large complexes nickel and diming for the deposits. We moved out because we purchased a house, but would recommend Crescent Park for an apartment rental!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I have had a very good experience living in this apartment complex. It is a quiet community and I rarely hear my neighbors (I’m on the top floor so I’m sure that’s helpful). The maintenance staff has taken care of any request either the day of-or the next day if their staff is unexpectedly, short-handed. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The office staff recently resolved the only problem that I have experienced in this complex-and they took care of it outside of the regular office business hours. We moved to this complex to get my child into a different school district, and this is a very safe part of town. Across the street are several nice restaurants-well within walking-distance. There is a playground within the complex and also just down the street in a subdivision. This complex is very pet friendly and people clean up after their animals, as there are several designated “pet corners” of the parking lot. I would definitely recommend living here.
