I love living here.. the only issue I can see so far is that the hours posted on the door don’t match for Saturday for what is said on the voicemail when you call the office and totally different hours posted on google as well. Google has it listed for 10am-5pm on Saturday and when you call the office it says 1pm-6pm but the paper posted on the door says temporarily closed on Saturday.

I lived here with my wife for almost all the year 2019, 1bd apt 2nd floor. As other people said, some structural part of the apartment eventually needed some updates. Overall the apt was better built than that nightmare of the Bailey @Amazon Creek. Rental price was decent and we were able to fill an inspection check list paper before get in, this is GOOD. We have 2 cars but it wasn't that terrible to find parking spot for the 2nd car. Staff was decently friendly. When we moved out a maintenance guy came to check the apt shape and no problems. We received the majority of deposit back. Overall, not a bad experience for us.

We are current residents. The units are nice, the grounds are nicely manicured, but the management has been really poor so far. When we initially moved in the keys to the front door did not work correctly, nor did the mailbox key. I submitted a maintenance requests through the portal. It was simply closed out online and received no response for weeks. I had to finally go into the office to have it addressed. Couldn't get into my mailbox for 3 weeks. Currently I am dealing with a couple small maintenance issues in the apartment, asked one of the staff member in the office hoping to avoid the time it took to fix the other problems, again was told to submit the request online. Has not been addressed nor a response, this now almost a week. Online, again, was just closed out starting it was completed. It's simple issues, but frustrating since we pay a lot of money for a small 1 bedroom apartment. Also, we are supposed to have all these great amenities for the money we pay, like the hot tub for example. It's been "out of service" for over a month. These amenities attracted us to this place in the first place and now the amenities are not even offered. Talk about a bait and switch tactic by this company. The staff is otherwise nice people and friendly, but I get a sense are very poorly organized. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

I've lived at Heron Meadows for a little over a year. When I looked for an apartment, I found a unit that met all of my needs: spacious rooms, great floor plan, private outdoor space, and nearby shopping. The community is always clean and well manicured. If you have a pet, there is a dog park right across the street. You can walk to the Albertson's, BiMart, and the dollar store through a gateway at the side of the complex. I haven't really had a lot of occasions to interact with the office staff, but every time I have they were friendly and addressed my needs. I've had zero maintenance issues while I've been here. Overall it's a great place to live!

If you are a decent person, don't go there. 90% of the residents are sneaky, shady lying trouble makers. Make false complaints against new residents.... and the worst part is. That the management acts on those lies. Even when video proof is provided in defense of the lies. So the people that run the place are bold face liars. Mean and very very shady. Don't even consider this place cuz you won't stay long.

Submit an application for any open apartments then call the Heron Meadows office to have your application put onto the existing apartment.

I would suggest calling or visiting the office. They're extremely helpful and would be able to provide current and accurate info.
