The help we get here by the Managers and Maintenance workers is not good. If something is broken or if it needs to be looked at if it’s broken. They will have you fill out papers about it and then Maintenance will get around to you when they can. All the dishwashers are all old and we need new ones. Not all the Managers are nice. All the apartments on the outside walls need a real good spray washing.

This is a decent place and I love my spot. When they had bark put down around the complex, we didn't get any in our back yard even though others with less visibility got it. These trees need care as there are a lot that have dead spots throughout the tree. There is a tree that needs to be cut back away from the buildings as they will cause major roof damage on our building and the one next door. Short staffed with maintenance which makes it really hard to get things fixed. There is also a parking issue where some residents have 2 or more vehicles which takes up all the visitor parking spaces, leaving others without a place to park because visitors park in "reserved" spots leaving them open to getting ticketed.

My grandmother is getting evicted from her rental in Florence and we were fortunate enough to get an appointment and apply with Redwood Park. My grandmother showed up to her appointment today and was immediately pressured to produce her deposit. Both her and I were told that she would have a unit to look at in person prior to forking over her deposit and agreeing to any move-in terms. The office staff was cold, rude and uncompromising for her when all she wanted was to view a unit before giving over hundreds of dollars and committing to anything. Bizarre, right? Who would ever dare to make such an unheard of request. For a lower income place designed to serve those who are in need and lower on the income spectrum, they sure seem to lack any sort of empathy or understanding. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Only my 2nd apartment experience so I had many reservations. I’ve lived here a year and a half now and have to say I’m 😀pleased. Grounds are kept beautifully. Office staff are very helpful and friendly, and have gone out of their way to help me.maintenance does a great job. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Apartments are clean and easy to heat. Me and my dog have plenty of room to roam. Would love new appliances. But other than that I’m a pleased tenant.😊

Hello Charlene, Our Halloween contest was today. The top three winners will be announced in Novembers Newsletter and will receive a call from office staff. Good luck!
Hello Janet, The smoking policy for Redwood Park is as follows. We do allow cigarette smoking inside the apartment dwelling. If you are outside of the apartment, you will need to be at least 25ft. away from all doors, windows, the clubhouse, fitness center, laundry rooms, stairs, and landings and of course the office. I hope this answers your question on our smoking policy. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Have a great day. Redwood Park Staff
Hello, Unfortunately not at this time. We have a waitlist that we work off of. We are an affordable housing community. We have income and student restrictions that you would need to meet before being placed on our waitlist. If you'd like to give us a call we can let you know if you qualify. Thank you, Redwood Park Staff.
Robyn Cherry, Unfortunately in 2016 one of our tree roots popped the hot tub seal. Our choice was to remove the beautiful tree or the hot tub. We decided to remove the hot tub and replace it with a community BBQ that we can all use. We still have a computer room, The problem is that every computer that we have put in the computer room has gotten a virus. We are still looking into matters and trying to find a solution.
Jacob, yes, we do allow cats. Our pet policy is two per apartment. Our deposit is $400 per pet. The pet rent is $20 per pet/per month pet rent. Cats need to be indoor only. All pets need to be spayed or neutered. Have shot record and at least 1 year old. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Raelynn
