Bought weather stripping kit most parts came try talking too customer service but no help they said they were shipped and delivered but I didn’t receive no help from fed x terrible service I don’t recommend this company order from some were else or you’ll pay

DO NOT BUY. I bought seat belts from this company for my Impala but I was not able to use them after all. I returned them after getting a return authorization number. The company confirmed they received my return. 1 month, 6 emails, and 1 phone call later, they still have not processed my refund. They made some lame excuse that their "accounting" dept got new software and refunds have been delayed. They promised my refund would be processed. I'm STILL waiting for my money back. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I made my purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Called to verify item was available before I ordered I was told yes so I ordered directly over the phone 10 days later I'm told it's not in stock but it's in their 48 ft trailer and they would ship in 2 weeks. No thanks

This company is absolutely horrible. The can not tell the truth. They take your money on orders and then do not provide the product and refuse to refund you. I would like top pull together with everyone who had a similar experience and hire an attorney. Companies like this do not belong in business. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
