This is the second unexcusable bad visit to this place. I didn't want to go there, but was referred by another facility because they can do limited blood tests. After a short wait, the person that asked what I wanted replied very rudely, "We don't have any appointments until tomorrow." She then turned her back and walked away. She made it quite clear that I was a bother. I had NO idea they had moved to appointments only. Since that's the case, shouldn't they take "Fast" out of their name? She was so rude and terse, with no apparent care at all. No matter what the situation, we won't be going back there.

Hi Vivian. A self-pay DOT Physical is $109 and DOT physicals with drug screen is $168.
Hi Denise. Wait time can vary depending on the type of illnesses being seen at the clinic at the time of your visit. We do our best to see each patient and have them on their way home within an hour. We always suggest going to our website and checking in online to shorten your wait time.
