We had a maintenance emergency today where my toilet overflowed and caused leaks in my living room, my fridge turned off, and water was everywhere. I felt bad calling someone out here on Sunday but Andrea came out with no complaints, was very respectful, and fast. She fixed BOTH toilets, cleaned up the water, and talked me through everything that was happening. We had a good conversation and all the major problems got fixed in a good timely manner. Andrea never made me feel like I was ruining her day off and wasn’t seeming to rush, it was all very genuine and well taken care of. Thank you again !!!
