I ordered some games and toys in January and haven't received them yet. I have been trying to contact customer service via phone and email for 3 months. I always get a "we'll have our manager contact you" in response. It's been so long so I've asked for a refund and still nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They've basically ghosted me. Your money is better spent somewhere else.

Never had any problems in store, but I ordered something online for $50 and I never received confirmation or the items and yet the money was taken from my account. Sent multiple messages and did not get a response. Do not recommend purchasing online.

I went looking for a stuffed animal for my daughter. They have mostly TY for a good price. This was the first place I saw with reversible sequin ty. I got that since my daughter is currently obsessed! They also have I Melissa and Doug Muppet puppets, they are great quality and selection of all the popular toys!
