They have a great selection of bikes so we drove 1.5 hours to get one last year. Last week we needed a small part for it but didn’t want to drive all the way over. They were very helpful on the phone and mailed the part right to us.

In tough times this store has pretty much everything you need to keep your bike going and to get into biking . There is one thing that kinda bothers me . I don't know the people who work there personally and I don't want to judge anyone. I feel they could be more friendly or want to get to know their customers or just have a better relationship with them. It can feel a little awkward at times. Seems one guy does most of the talking with the customers but I feel everybody should be that way with the customers. It's not something that will keep me from returning to the store.

Was thinking of getting a direct drive trainer and saw that Cycles carried them so dropped by and had a decent chat with Dave and got all the info I needed. Took it home, changed the cassette, hung my bike on it and Voila. It worked! I know that’s something they cant take credit for, but they can take credit for being friendly and informative and taking the time to go things over with me. Surrport your local bike shop!
